The Datasensing QMRS/0N-0FPT Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring a miniature cubic design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 200mm with a background suppression function, ensuring accurate detection even in challenging environments. The sensors are equipped with an NPN output type that is L/D selectable, providing flexibility in output function. With a high switching frequency of 1kHz and a rapid response time of 500µs, these sensors are ideal for fast-paced operations. The sensitivity can be easily adjusted using a trimmer, and the sensors maintain a repeat accuracy of 5%, with a thermal drift of Sr at ?10% Sr. The robust design includes short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, as well as impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring durability and longevity. The sensors are housed in PA66 material with an active head made of PMMA, offering mechanical protection rated at IP67.
