The Datasensing QX3/C0-2E Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a diffuse reflection function with a nominal sensing distance of 300mm, these sensors are equipped with axial and right angle optics for versatile application. The sensors boast a fast response time of 0.75-0.5 ms and a high switching frequency of 750Hz, ensuring quick and accurate detection. With NPN-PNP selectable output and a high output current capacity of over 300mA, they offer flexibility and robust performance.
The sensors are housed in a durable ABS material with an IP65 degree of protection, making them suitable for various industrial environments. They are equipped with two LED indicators for threshold and signal margin, providing clear visual feedback. The visible red light in retro-reflective, polarized, and through-beam models enhances long-distance capability and precision beam accuracy.
Additional features include a sensitivity adjustment trimmer, short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, and compatibility with a wide operating voltage range of 10 to 30VDC. The sensors are designed to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards and are EMC compatible with EN 60947-5-2.
