The Datasensing SH2/R-0KIC Sensors are advanced safety sensor receivers designed for optimal performance and reliability. Featuring a nominal sensing distance of 10 meters, these M18 Type 2 safety photocell receivers are perfect for applications requiring precise safety measures. With a robust plastic housing and glass active head material, they are built to withstand challenging environments, offering an operating temperature range from -20°C to +55°C and a storage temperature range from -40°C to +75°C.
These sensors are equipped with LED indicators for easy alignment and are compliant with EN50100 Category 2 and Category 4 standards, ensuring high safety levels. The sensors operate on a voltage range of 10 to 30 Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 25mA and a load current of ? 70mA. They feature a totem-pole output type with a response time of 200µs for light/dark transitions and 400µs for dark/light transitions, making them highly responsive to changes in light conditions.
The SH2/R-0KIC Sensors are designed to be used with an external safety control unit with an automatic optics test function, excluding the SBCR03 control unit. They are IP67 rated for mechanical protection, ensuring durability against dust and water ingress. Additionally, they come with CE and TÜV approvals, guaranteeing compliance with international safety standards. Supplied with two nuts for easy installation, these sensors are an ideal choice for creating a reliable safety system compliant with EN ISO 13849 standards.
