The Datasensing SH4-30-0450-A-12-5 is an advanced safety light curtain designed for optimal hand protection with a resolution of 30 mm and a controlled height of 450 mm. It features an improved operating range of up to 20 meters and offers a variety of basic and advanced functions, including alignment, automatic and manual restart, EDM, and multiple muting options such as partial and dynamic partial muting. The innovative wireless monitoring and configuration system allows for easy setup and management, while the compact profile (35 x 40 mm) ensures seamless integration into any environment. This Type 4 safety light curtain is equipped with a zero dead zone, simultaneous muting and blanking capabilities, and an extended monitored height of up to 2250 mm. The device is protected with an IP67 rating, making it suitable for harsh environments with operating temperatures ranging from -30 to +55 °C. Installation is simplified with integrated LED indications for beam intensity and muting, as well as an integrated laser for alignment. The SH4-30-0450-A-12-5 is compatible with incandescent lamps or LEDs for muting lamp output and features a robust design with painted aluminum and MAKROLON AR 7099 Clear PC materials. It supports Wi-Fi programmability and Ethernet TCP/IP network interfaces, ensuring seamless connectivity and control.
