The Datasensing SH4-30-0600-A-12-5 is an advanced safety light curtain designed for optimal hand protection with a resolution of 30 mm and a controlled height of 600 mm. It features an improved operating range of up to 20 meters and offers a variety of basic and advanced functions, including alignment, automatic and manual restart, EDM, and multiple muting options such as 2-signals mono and bidirectional muting, partial muting, and dynamic partial muting. The innovative wireless monitoring and configuration system allows for easy setup and management, while the compact profile (35 x 40 mm) ensures seamless integration into any environment.
The SH4-30-0600-A-12-5 is equipped with optical synchronization using 2 beams and provides IP67 protection, making it suitable for harsh environments with operating temperatures ranging from -30 to +55 °C. The zero dead zone design, simultaneous muting and blanking capabilities, and integrated LED muting indication enhance its functionality and ease of use. Installation is simplified with LED indications of beam intensity and an integrated laser for alignment.
This safety light curtain is cascadable with the SH4 CASCADE up to three units and includes complete coupling and angular brackets in the package. It features anti-interference codes and is compatible with muting accessories that come with prewired and preinstalled muting sensors. The device operates on a 24 Vdc ± 20% power supply and supports a load current of ? 250mA per output. It is constructed from durable materials such as painted aluminum, MAKROLON AR 7099 Clear PC, and PBT, ensuring long-lasting performance.
With approvals from CE, cULus, TÜV, and UKCA, the SH4-30-0600-A-12-5 meets stringent safety standards and offers EMC compatibility according to the 2014/30/EU Directive. It is supplied with standard "L" mounting brackets and offers optional top-bottom rotating mounting brackets for flexible installation.
