The Datasensing SH4-30-1500-SM-8-5 is a high-performance safety light curtain designed for optimal hand protection with a resolution of 30 mm and a controlled height of 1500 mm. It features an improved operating range of up to 20 meters and offers essential functions such as alignment and automatic restart. The standard muting functions include 2-signals mono and bidirectional muting, as well as an override option, all configurable via DIP-SW.
This compact device, with a profile of 35 x 40 mm, is part of the SH4 line and is equipped with optical synchronization using 2 beams. It boasts an IP67 protection rating, making it suitable for harsh environments with operating temperatures ranging from -30 to +55 °C. The SH4-30-1500-SM-8-5 is designed with zero dead zones and includes complete coupling and angular brackets for easy installation.
The product is equipped with anti-interference codes and muting accessories that come prewired and preinstalled with muting sensors. It is also cascadable with the SH4 CASCADE, allowing up to three units to be connected. The device uses pigtails with M12 connectors and standard non-shielded cables, and features integrated LED muting indication for user convenience.
