The Datasensing SH4-4-1200-S-8 is a high-performance safety light curtain designed for body protection with 4 beams and a controlled height of 1200 mm. It features an improved operating range of up to 70 meters and offers both manual and automatic restart functions, as well as EDM (External Device Monitoring). The compact profile of 35 x 40 mm ensures easy installation, aided by LED indicators for beam intensity. With optical synchronization and zero dead zone, this device provides reliable safety in various industrial environments. The SH4-4-1200-S-8 operates within a temperature range of -30 to +55 °C and is protected against dust and water with an IP67 rating. It is constructed from durable materials, including painted aluminum and MAKROLON AR 7099 Clear PC, ensuring longevity and resistance to harsh conditions. The system is equipped with M12 connectors and supports a nominal sensing distance of 0.5 to 15 meters, with a selectable long range of up to 70 meters. This Type 4 safety light curtain is SIL 3 and PL e certified, with a PFHd of 2.62E-08 and an MTTFd of 43 years, ensuring high reliability and safety.
