The Datasensing SH4/E-1EIA Sensors are advanced safety sensors designed for high-performance applications. These Type 4 safety photocell emitters feature a robust M18 metal housing with an axial connection and M12 I/O interface, ensuring compatibility with IEC61131-2 standards. With a nominal sensing distance of 10 meters and a thermal drift of Sr ? 10%, these sensors provide reliable single-beam resolution and controlled height detection. The effective aperture angle is typically ±1.8°, making them precise and efficient.
Operating at a frequency of 123 kHz, the SH4/E-1EIA sensors are designed to work seamlessly with the SBCR03 control unit, forming a safety system compliant with EN ISO 13849 standards. They are suitable for use in environments requiring SIL 3 and PL e safety levels, with a PFHd of 8.10E-10 and an MTTFd of 20 years. The sensors operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30 Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 25mA and a maximum ripple content of ? 5 Vpp.
