The Datasensing SH4/R-1EIC Sensors are advanced safety sensor receivers designed for high-performance applications. Featuring a robust M18 metal housing, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 10 meters with an axial optic configuration. They are equipped with LED indicators for easy alignment and are compliant with EN50100 Category 2 and Category 4 standards, ensuring reliable safety performance.
These sensors are designed to be used with an external safety control unit that includes an automatic optics test function, making them ideal for integration into comprehensive safety systems compliant with EN ISO 13849. The SH4/R-1EIC sensors operate on a voltage range of 10 to 30 Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 25mA and a load current of ? 70mA. They feature a totem-pole output type and have a fast response time of 200µs for light/dark transitions and 400µs for dark/light transitions.
Constructed with a durable PBT housing and glass active head material, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, with an operating temperature range of -20°C to +55°C and a storage temperature range of -40°C to +75°C. They are also IP67 rated for mechanical protection against dust and water ingress. The sensors come with a convenient M12 plug connection and are supplied with two nuts for easy installation.
