The Datasensing SH4/R-1KIA Sensors are advanced safety sensor receivers designed for high-performance industrial applications. Featuring a robust M18 metal housing, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 10 meters with an axial optic and 5 meters with a radial optic. They are compliant with EN50100 Category 2 and Category 4 standards, ensuring reliable safety in demanding environments.
Equipped with LED indicators for easy alignment, the SH4/R-1KIA sensors are adaptable with any safety module, thanks to their IEC61131-2 compliant inputs and outputs. The sensors are designed to be used in conjunction with the SBCR03 control unit to create a safety system that meets EN ISO 13849 standards.
With a single-beam resolution and a controlled height, these sensors provide precise detection capabilities. They operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30 Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 25mA and a load current of ? 70mA. The sensors feature a totem-pole output type, with a response time of 200µs for light/dark transitions and 400µs for dark/light transitions.
Built to withstand harsh conditions, the SH4/R-1KIA sensors have an IP67 degree of protection, making them resistant to dust and water ingress. They can operate in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +55°C and are approved by CE and TÜV. The sensors come with supplied accessories, including two nuts, and are designed to endure shocks and vibrations as per IEC600068-2-29 and IEC60068-2-6 standards.
