The Datasensing SPP/0P-1E3X Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a polarized function principle, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 4 meters and are equipped with a PNP L/D selectable output type. The robust metal housing, made from nickel-plated brass with a PC plug, ensures durability and protection, meeting IP67 mechanical protection standards. The sensor's optic position is set at a radial 90°, and it operates efficiently with a switching frequency of 250Hz and a response time of just 2ms.
With an operating voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, the sensor maintains a low no-load supply current of ? 30mA and a load current of ?100mA. It features a leakage current of ?10?A and an output voltage drop of ?1.2V at a load current of 100mA. The sensor is equipped with LED indicators for status output, providing clear visual feedback.
Designed to withstand harsh environments, the sensor is protected against short-circuits, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage. It is also resistant to external light interference, withstanding up to 3000lux from incandescent lamps and 10000lux from sunlight. The sensor is approved by CE and cULus, and complies with EMC compatibility standards EN 60947-5-2.
Supplied with M18 x 1 nuts, the sensor's dimensions are M18 x 1 with a length of 75.7mm, and it can operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C without freezing. The active head material is made from PMMA, and the sensor is designed to handle shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards.
