The Datasensing SS2/LP-0E Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precise and reliable detection. Featuring a diffuse reflection principle with a nominal sensing distance of 100mm, these sensors are ideal for short-distance applications. The models come with side sensitivity adjustment on both axial and right-angle optics, providing flexibility in various setups. The sensors offer LO/DO selectable output and are available in ATEX models, category 3, upon request.
Equipped with a yellow LED status indicator, the SS2/LP-0E ensures easy monitoring of operational status. The sensors boast complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, and are rated with an IP67 protection degree, making them suitable for harsh environments.
With a switching frequency of 250Hz and a response time of just 2ms, these sensors deliver fast and accurate performance. They operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ?30mA and a load current of ?100mA. The sensors are designed to withstand external light interference up to 3000lux from incandescent lamps and 10000lux from sunlight.
Constructed with durable materials, including a PBT/PC plug housing and PMMA active head, the sensors are built to last. They are CE and cULus listed, ensuring compliance with international standards. The compact design, with dimensions of M18 x 1 /L =78mm and a weight of 30g, allows for easy integration into various systems. Supplied with M18 x 1 nuts, the sensors are ready for installation in demanding industrial environments.
