The Datasensing SS8/0P-1E7WL7 Sensors are high-performance photoelectric sensors designed for precise and reliable detection. Featuring a diffuse reflection principle with a long sensing distance of up to 800 mm, these sensors are ideal for applications requiring accurate object detection. The sensor's PNP output type is selectable between light and dark operation modes, providing flexibility in various environments.
Housed in robust AISI316L stainless steel with an M18 diameter, the sensor ensures durability and resistance to harsh conditions, while the PMMA active head material enhances optical performance. The M12 connection plug facilitates easy installation and integration into existing systems.
With a nominal sensing distance of 1 meter and a repeat accuracy of 5%, the sensor maintains consistent performance even with thermal drift of ?10% Sr. The sensitivity can be adjusted using a trimmer, allowing for fine-tuning to specific application needs.
The sensor operates within a voltage range of 10 to 30 VDC, with a no-load supply current of ?30mA and a load current capacity of ?300mA. It features a fast switching frequency of 250Hz and a response time of just 2ms, ensuring quick and efficient operation.
