Datasensing SSG/CP-1C Sensors

The Datasensing SSG/CP-1C Sensors are high-performance photoelectric sensor receivers designed for precision and reliability. With a nominal sensing distance of 8 meters, these sensors are equipped with a PNP NC output type and a 2-meter PVC cable with a 90° metal exit. The robust housing is made from nickel-plated brass, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh environments, while the active head is crafted from PMMA for optimal performance. These sensors feature a high switching frequency of 250Hz and a rapid response time of 2ms, making them ideal for fast-paced applications. They operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current of ?100mA. The sensors are designed to handle a minimum detectable object size of Ø 4mm, with a repeat accuracy of 5% and a thermal drift of Sr ?10% Sr. Built with safety and reliability in mind, the SSG/CP-1C sensors include short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, as well as impulsive overvoltage protection. They are resistant to interference from external light sources, withstanding up to 5000lux from incandescent lamps and 10000lux from sunlight. The sensors are also equipped with a yellow LED indicator for status output. Certified with CE and cULus approvals, these sensors meet EMC compatibility standards (EN 60947-5-2) and are designed to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards. With an IP67 mechanical protection rating, they are suitable for use in a wide range of operating temperatures from -25°C to +70°C, without freezing. Supplied with M18 x 1 nuts, these sensors are easy to install and integrate into various industrial applications.
