Datasensing SST/0N-1E Sensors

The Datasensing SST/0N-1E Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precise detection with a nominal sensing distance of 12 to 25mm. Featuring a blackground suppression function principle, these sensors ensure accurate performance with a repeat accuracy of 5% and can detect objects as small as 0.1mm. The sensors are equipped with a robust nickel-plated brass housing and a PMMA active head, providing durability and reliability in harsh environments. With an IP67 protection degree, they are resistant to dust and water ingress, making them suitable for industrial applications. These sensors offer a selectable NPN L/D output type, with a switching frequency of 1kHz and a response time of 500µs, ensuring quick and efficient operation. The LED status indicator provides clear visual feedback, while the short-circuit and reverse polarity protection enhance safety and longevity. Operating within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, they maintain a low no-load supply current of ?30mA and a load current of ?100mA. The SST/0N-1E Sensors are designed with side sensing adjustment on axial and right-angle optics, and they are compatible with ATEX models, category 3, upon request. They are CE and cULus listed, ensuring compliance with international standards. The sensors are also equipped with impulsive overvoltage protection and can withstand external light interference up to 3000lux from incandescent lamps and 10000lux from sunlight.
