The Datasensing ST 101 Sensors are designed for precision and reliability, featuring a vertical L-shaped bracket for the QM series. These photoelectric sensor area light grids offer a dimensional array with a controlled height of 100mm, ensuring high-resolution detection over a nominal sensing distance of 0.3 to 3 meters. The sensors utilize a crossed beam configuration with 16 rays, capable of detecting flat objects as small as 0.2x75mm and cylindrical objects with a diameter of 6mm.
Equipped with an adjustment trimmer, these sensors provide optical or wire synchronism and a scan mode input for versatile application. The slim profile and high resolution of 6mm make them ideal for precise detection tasks. Operating in dark mode with a PNP output type, the sensors have a fast response time of 1.7ms and operate within a voltage range of 20.4 to 27.6VDC.
The robust aluminium housing and PMMA active head material ensure durability, while the IP65 mechanical protection rating guarantees reliable performance in various environments. The sensors are equipped with LED indicators for output state and power status, and they come with fixing brackets for easy installation.
