The Datasensing TH6/E-KIC Sensors are advanced safety sensors designed for high-performance applications. Featuring a robust M30 metal housing, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 60 meters, making them ideal for extensive safety monitoring. They are compliant with EN50100 Category 2 and Category 4 standards, ensuring reliable safety performance. The sensors are equipped with LED indicators for easy status monitoring and are compatible with any safety module that adheres to IEC61131-2 standards.
These Type 4 safety photocell emitters operate at a frequency of 123 kHz and are designed to be used with an external safety control unit that includes an automatic optics test function. With a SIL rating of 3 and a PL of 'e', they provide a high level of safety integrity. The sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, with an IP67 degree of protection, and can operate in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +55°C.
The TH6/E-KIC Sensors are not compatible with the SBCR03 control unit and should be used with a suitable safety control unit to achieve an EN ISO 13849 compliant safety system. They come with a PBT housing and glass active head material, ensuring durability and longevity. The sensors are CE and TÜV approved, offering peace of mind in terms of quality and safety standards. Supplied with two nuts for easy installation, these sensors are a reliable choice for any safety-critical application.
