The Datasensing TH6/R-KIC Sensors are advanced safety sensor receivers designed for high-performance industrial applications. With a nominal sensing distance of 60 meters, these M30 Type 4 safety photocell receivers are ideal for ensuring safety in complex environments. They feature a robust metal housing with a PBT construction and a glass active head, providing durability and reliability in harsh conditions. The sensors are equipped with LED indicators for easy alignment and are compliant with EN50100 Category 2 and Category 4 standards, making them suitable for integration into safety systems that meet EN ISO 13849 requirements.
These sensors operate on a 10 to 30 Vdc voltage range and have a low no-load supply current of ? 25mA, ensuring energy efficiency. The totem-pole output type supports a load current of up to 70mA, with a minimal output voltage drop of 2.5V at 50mA. The sensors are designed to withstand shocks and vibrations, adhering to IEC600068-2-29 and 60068-2-6 standards, and offer a high degree of protection with an IP67 rating.
The TH6/R-KIC Sensors are not compatible with the SBCR03 control unit and should be used with an external safety control unit featuring an automatic optics test function. They are approved by CE and TÜV, ensuring compliance with international safety standards. The sensors come with two nuts for easy installation and are designed to operate efficiently within a temperature range of -20°C to +55°C, with a storage temperature range of -40°C to +75°C.
