The Datasensing UK1A/GP-1ESY Sensors are advanced ultrasonic sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a nominal sensing distance of 400mm and a thermal drift of ±2%, these sensors ensure accurate detection with a repeat accuracy of 0.50%. The beam angle of 10° ± 2° and a resolution of ?3mm make them ideal for various applications. The sensors come with a teach-in button for easy sensitivity adjustment and an adjustable hysteresis function of 1%. They operate on a diffuse reflection principle with a PNP output type and NO/NC output function, providing flexibility in use.
With a switching frequency of 10Hz and a response time of 500ms, these sensors are efficient and responsive. They operate within a voltage range of 10 - 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ?50mA and a load current of 100mA. The sensors are equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring durability and safety.
Housed in robust AISI 316L stainless steel, the sensors are designed to withstand harsh environments, with an IP67 degree of protection. They are compatible with M12 connections and come with supplied accessories, including two nuts and washers. The sensors are approved by CE and cULus and meet EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2. With an operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C, they are suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
