
The Datasensing UK1C/G2-0ASY Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. These sensors feature an M18 analog output with a range of 4-20mA, ensuring accurate data transmission. The models offer both digital programmable outputs and current or voltage analogue outputs, providing flexibility for different operational needs. With an adjustable hysteresis function, these sensors are ideal for level-specific applications, featuring programmable double digital outputs.
The working area can be easily adjusted using the Teach-in button, allowing for quick setup and operation. A multifunction LED indicator provides clear information on output type, adjustment procedures, NO/NC selection, and reverse analog output slope. The sensors boast a nominal sensing distance of 900mm, with a thermal drift of ±2% and a repeat accuracy of 0.50%. The beam angle is 10° ± 2°, and the resolution is ?3mm, ensuring high precision.
Additional features include thermal compensation, a minimum sensing distance of 100mm, and a linearity error of 1%. The sensors operate on a diffuse reflection principle, with a switching frequency of 4Hz and a response time of 500ms. They are designed to operate within a voltage range of 10 - 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ?50mA and a load current of 100mA.
