The Datasensing UK1C/G4-0ESY Sensors are designed for precision and reliability, featuring an M18 NPN + 4..20mA output with a convenient M12 connection. These sensors offer both digital programmable and current or voltage analogue outputs, making them versatile for various applications. The adjustable hysteresis function, along with programmable double digital outputs, is ideal for level-specific tasks. Users can easily adjust the working area using the Teach-in button, ensuring a quick setup for all models. The multifunction LED indicator provides clear feedback on output type, adjustment procedures, and NO/NC selection, as well as reverse analog output slope. With a nominal sensing distance of 900mm and a thermal drift of Sr at ±2%, these sensors maintain high accuracy with a repeat accuracy of 0.50% and a resolution of ?3mm. The diffuse reflection function principle, combined with a beam angle of 10° ± 2°, ensures precise detection. The sensors operate within a voltage range of 10 - 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ?50mA and a load current of 100mA. They are equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring durability and safety. The robust PBT housing, IP67 mechanical protection, and compliance with CE cULus and IEC 60947-5-2 standards make these sensors suitable for harsh environments. They can withstand operating temperatures from -20°C to +70°C and storage temperatures from -35°C to +80°C without freezing. The sensors come with supplied accessories, including two M18x1 nuts and two Ø 18 washers, for easy installation.
