The Datasensing UK1C/G7-0ESY Sensors are advanced ultrasonic sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M18 analog design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 900mm with a thermal drift of ±2% and a repeat accuracy of 0.50%. The beam angle is 10° ± 2°, ensuring accurate detection within a resolution of ?3mm. The sensors are equipped with a Teach-in button for easy sensitivity adjustment and an adjustable hysteresis function of 1%.
With a diffuse reflection function principle, the sensors provide both PNP and 0...10V output types, allowing for NO/NC and positive/negative slope output functions. They operate at a switching frequency of 4Hz with a response time of 500ms, and require an operating voltage of 10 - 30Vdc. The sensors are designed to handle a load current of 100mA with a leakage current of 10?A at 30Vcc, and feature a maximum output voltage drop of 2.2V at IL=100mA.
The sensors are equipped with multifunction LED indicators for echo and output status, and include short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
