The Datasensing UK1C/GW-1ESY Sensors are designed for precision and reliability, featuring an M18 housing made from durable stainless steel AISI 316L. These sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 900mm with a thermal drift of ±2% and a repeat accuracy of 0.50%. The beam angle is 10° ± 2°, ensuring accurate detection with a resolution of ?3mm.
Equipped with a Teach-in button, the sensors allow for easy sensitivity adjustment and feature an adjustable hysteresis function with a 1% margin. The sensors operate on a diffuse reflection principle and provide dual PNP output types with NO/NC multifunctions. They support a switching frequency of 4Hz and have a response time of 500ms, making them suitable for fast-paced environments.
The sensors are designed to operate within a voltage range of 10 - 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ?50mA and a load current of 100mA. They include short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection for enhanced safety.
