The Datasensing UK1D/G4-0ASY Sensors are advanced ultrasonic sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M18 analog design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 1600mm with a minimum sensing distance of 150mm, ensuring accurate detection within a wide range. The sensors are equipped with a 4-20 mA output and NPN NO/NC functionality, providing versatile integration options.
With a beam angle of 15° ± 2° and a resolution of ?3mm, these sensors deliver high accuracy and repeatability, with a repeat accuracy of 0.50% and a linearity error of just 1%. The adjustable hysteresis function, with a 1% hysteresis rate, allows for precise level detection, while the teach-in button facilitates easy sensitivity adjustment and working area configuration.
The sensors are housed in durable PBT material, offering IP67 protection against dust and water ingress, and are designed to withstand operating temperatures from -20°C to +70°C. They feature a 2m PVC cable for easy connectivity and come with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection for enhanced safety and reliability.
Additional features include a multifunction LED indicator for output type, adjustment procedure, and NO/NC selection, as well as thermal compensation to maintain performance across varying temperatures. The sensors are CE and cULus approved, ensuring compliance with international standards, and are supplied with two M18x1 nuts and two Ø 18 washers for secure installation.
