The Datasensing UK1D/G7-0ASY Sensors are advanced ultrasonic sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M18 analog design, these sensors offer a versatile 0-10 V+ PNP NO/NC output, with a sensing range of 150-1600 mm. The 2m cable and teach-in button facilitate easy setup and operation. Constructed with durable plastic and compliant with cULus standards, these sensors are equipped with digital programmable outputs and current or voltage analogue outputs. The adjustable hysteresis function and programmable double digital outputs make them ideal for level-specific applications. The working area can be adjusted using the teach-in button, ensuring quick deployment. A multifunction LED indicator provides clear feedback on output type, adjustment procedures, and NO/NC selection, along with reverse analog output slope. With a nominal sensing distance of 1600mm, thermal drift of ±2%, and a repeat accuracy of 0.50%, these sensors deliver high precision. They feature a beam angle of 15° ± 2°, resolution of ?3mm, and a sensitivity adjustment via the teach-in button. The sensors are equipped with thermal compensation, a minimum sensing distance of 150mm, and a linearity error of 1%. Operating on a diffuse reflection principle, they support PNP + 0...10V output types with NO/NC + positive/negative slope functions. With a switching frequency of 3Hz and a response time of 500ms, they ensure efficient performance.
