The Datasensing UK1F/G6-0ASY Sensors are advanced ultrasonic sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M18 analog design, these sensors offer a 4-20 mA output with NPN NO/NC configurations, suitable for a wide range of applications with a sensing distance of 200-2200 mm. The 2-meter cable and teach-in button facilitate easy setup and operation. Constructed with durable plastic and compliant with cULus standards, these sensors are equipped with digital programmable outputs and current or voltage analogue outputs for versatile use.
The adjustable hysteresis function and programmable double digital outputs make these sensors ideal for level-specific applications. The working area can be adjusted using the window teach or single point teach feature, ensuring quick and efficient deployment. A multifunction LED indicator provides clear feedback on output type, adjustment procedures, NO/NC selection, and reverse analog output slope.
With a nominal sensing distance of 2200mm and a thermal drift of ±2%, these sensors maintain high accuracy with a repeat accuracy of 0.50% and a resolution of ?3mm. The diffuse reflection function principle, combined with PNP + 4...20mA output type, ensures reliable performance. The sensors operate within a voltage range of 10 - 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ?50mA and a load current of 100mA.
Designed for durability, the sensors feature a PBT housing with IP67 protection, making them suitable for harsh environments. They are equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The sensors are CE cULus approved and comply with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2. With a transducer frequency of 200kHz and a robust design, these sensors are built to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC EN60947-5-2 / 7.4 standards. Supplied with two M18x1 nuts and two Ø 18 washers, these sensors are ready for immediate installation and use.
