The Datasensing UK1F/GN-1ESY Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. These sensors feature an M18 housing made from durable stainless steel AISI 316L, ensuring robust performance in challenging environments. With a nominal sensing distance of 2200mm and a beam angle of 14° ± 2°, they offer high accuracy with a repeat accuracy of 0.50% and a resolution of ?3mm. The sensors are equipped with a Teach-in button for easy sensitivity adjustment and an adjustable hysteresis function, making them versatile for various applications. The UK1F/GN-1ESY models come with digital programmable outputs and options for current or voltage analogue outputs. The multifunction LED indicator provides clear feedback on output type, adjustment procedures, and NO/NC selection, while also allowing for reverse analog output slope adjustments. These sensors are protected against short-circuits, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage, ensuring reliable operation. Operating within a voltage range of 10 - 30Vdc, these sensors have a low no-load supply current of ?50mA and a load current of 100mA. They are designed to withstand operating temperatures from -20°C to +70°C and storage temperatures from -35°C to +80°C without freezing. The sensors are CE and cULus approved, with EMC compatibility according to IEC 60947-5-2 standards, and offer IP67 mechanical protection against dust and water ingress.
