The Datasensing UK6C/H1-1AUL Sensors are high-performance ultrasonic sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M18 diffuse reflection function, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 800mm with a minimal blind zone of 60mm. The sensors provide both digital and analogue outputs, with an output type of 0...10V, ensuring versatile application possibilities. Constructed with a robust AISI316L stainless steel housing, they are built to withstand harsh environments, boasting an IP67 degree of protection. With a thermal drift of Sr ?2% and a repeat accuracy of 0.50%, these sensors ensure consistent performance. The beam angle is 8° ± 2°, and the resolution is ?3mm, making them ideal for precise measurements. Sensitivity can be easily adjusted using the teach-in button, and the sensors feature thermal compensation for enhanced accuracy. The UK6C/H1-1AUL Sensors are equipped with LED indicators for easy status monitoring: green for echo and yellow for output. They offer a switching frequency of 5Hz and a response time of 500ms, with a load current of 100mA and a leakage current of 10?A @ 30Vcc. The sensors are protected against short-circuits, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage, ensuring durability and safety. Operating within a voltage range of 10 - 30Vdc, these sensors have a no-load supply current of ?35mA @Val = 30V and a maximum ripple content of 5%. They come with a 2m PVC cable for easy installation and are supplied with two M18x1 nuts and two Ø 18 washers. The sensors are CE cULus approved and comply with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2, as well as shocks and vibrations standards IEC EN60947-5-2 / 7.4. With an operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and a storage temperature range of -35°C to +80°C, these sensors are designed to perform reliably in a wide range of conditions.
