
The Datasensing UK6D/HP-1AUL Sensors are advanced M18 diffuse reflection sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a short housing, these sensors offer both digital and analogue outputs, making them versatile for various applications. With a nominal sensing distance of 1200mm and a thermal drift of Sr at ?2%, they ensure accurate performance even in fluctuating temperatures. The sensors boast a repeat accuracy of 0.50% and a beam angle of 8° ± 2°, providing precise detection capabilities.
Equipped with a teach-in button for sensitivity adjustment, these sensors offer a resolution of ?3mm and a hysteresis of 1%, ensuring consistent and reliable operation. The sensors are thermally compensated and have a minimum sensing distance (blind zone) of 80mm, with a linearity error of just 1%. Operating on a PNP output type with NO/NC output functions, they support a switching frequency of 5Hz and a response time of 400ms.
Designed to operate within a voltage range of 10 - 30Vdc, the sensors have a no-load supply current of ?35mA at 30V and can handle a load current of 100mA. They feature a leakage current of 10?A at 30Vcc and an output voltage drop of 2.2Vmax at IL=100 mA. With a maximum ripple content of 5%, the sensors are equipped with green and yellow LED indicators for echo and output status, respectively.
Built with robust stainless steel AISI 316L housing, the sensors are protected against short-circuits, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage. They have a degree of protection rated at IP67, ensuring durability in harsh environments. The sensors come with a 2m PVC cable for easy connections and are supplied with two M18x1 nuts and two Ø 18 washers for secure installation. Operating efficiently in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +70°C, these sensors are CE cULus approved and comply with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2, as well as shocks and vibrations standards IEC EN60947-5-2 / 7.4.
