The Datasensing UKR6D/HP-1AUL Sensors are high-performance M18 diffuse sensors designed for precision and reliability. With a nominal sensing distance of 1080mm and a thermal drift of Sr ?2%, these sensors ensure accurate detection in various applications. The short housing and stainless steel AISI 316L construction provide durability and resistance to harsh environments. Featuring both digital and analogue outputs, the sensors offer flexibility in integration. The PNP output type with NO/NC function and a switching frequency of 5Hz ensures quick and reliable signal processing.
Equipped with a teach-in button for sensitivity adjustment, the sensors allow easy calibration to suit specific needs. The beam angle of 8° ± 2° and a resolution of ?3mm guarantee precise detection, while the hysteresis of 1% and linearity error of 1% maintain consistent performance. The sensors are designed with thermal compensation, ensuring stable operation across a wide temperature range of -20°C to +70°C.
The UKR6D/HP-1AUL Sensors are protected against short-circuits, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage, ensuring long-lasting performance. With an IP67 degree of protection, they are suitable for use in demanding environments. The sensors come with a 2m PVC cable for easy installation and are supplied with two nuts and washers for secure mounting.
