The Datasensing UT1B/HW-0EUL Sensors are advanced ultrasonic sensors designed for precise and reliable level detection. Featuring an M30 standard housing with a large front, these sensors offer high performance and extended sensing distances ranging from 250 to 3500 mm. The adjustable hysteresis function and double digital programmable output make them ideal for various applications, including level detection. Equipped with a Teach-in button, these sensors allow for quick and easy installation by enabling adjustable working areas in either window mode or object mode. The two multifunction LEDs provide clear visual feedback: an orange LED indicates the adjustment procedure and output type, while a green LED assists with target alignment. Constructed with durable plastic and AISI 316L stainless steel housing, the sensors are available with an M12 plug or cable exit with 4 pins. They feature a diffuse reflection function principle and offer 2x PNP output with NO/NC multifunctions. The sensors are designed with robust protection features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring reliable operation in various environments. With a focus on precision, the sensors include programmable slope models to optimize resolution and sensitivity adjustment via a Teach-In cable.
