The Datasensing VBR1/D0-3A Sensors are designed to accurately measure vibration, shock, and inclination across three axes (X, Y, Z) with a selectable operative range of ± 2g, ± 4g, ± 8g, and ± 16g. Featuring a robust M18 housing made from AISI316L stainless steel, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments with an IP67 protection rating. The sensor offers both digital and analogue outputs, including RS485 with a 57600 baud rate and selectable voltage and current analogue outputs. It operates efficiently within a voltage range of 19.2 to 28.8 Vdc and consumes less than 1 W of power. The sensor is equipped with LED indicators for easy status monitoring and includes reverse polarity and impulsive overvoltage protection. With a frequency range of 0 to 400Hz and high digital and analogue resolutions, the VBR1/D0-3A ensures precise data collection. The device is supplied with a 2-meter, 5-pole cable and two nuts for secure installation. It is suitable for operating temperatures between -25°C and +70°C and can be stored in temperatures ranging from -30°C to +90°C, provided there is no ice formation. The sensor is CE approved, ensuring compliance with European safety standards.
