The Datasensing VBR1/D0-3V Sensors are designed for precise vibration, shock, and inclination detection across three axes (X, Y, Z). Encased in a robust M18 AISI316L stainless steel housing, these sensors offer exceptional durability and are rated with an IP67 protection degree, ensuring reliable performance in harsh environments. The sensor features a 200mm cable with an M12 pigtail plug exit for easy connectivity.
With a selectable operative range of ± 2g, ± 4g, ± 8g, and ± 16g, and a high resolution of up to 15.62mg, the VBR1/D0-3V provides accurate measurements for various applications. The device supports both digital (RS485) and analogue outputs, with options for voltage (0

24mA) outputs, making it versatile for integration into different systems.
The sensor operates efficiently within a voltage range of 19.2 to 28.8 Vdc and consumes less than 1W of power. It is equipped with LED indicators for easy status monitoring, including green for run mode, yellow for writing/programming memory, blue for RS485 packet data transit, and red for interrupt active. The device also includes reverse polarity and impulsive overvoltage protection for enhanced safety.
Designed to function in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C and humidity levels below 80% without condensation, the VBR1/D0-3V is suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. It comes with two nuts for secure installation and is CE approved, ensuring compliance with international standards.
