The Datasensing VK2/A0-1B86 Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precise proximity detection. Featuring an M18 shielded design, these sensors come with a 5-meter PVC cable for flexible installation. With a nominal sensing distance of 5mm and an operating range of 0 to 4.05mm, they are ideal for various industrial applications. The sensors are constructed with a nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head, ensuring durability and reliability. They operate on a voltage range of 20 to 250Vac at 50 to 60Hz, with a load current capacity of 5 to 300mA. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state and have a TRIAC output type with a normally open (NO) function. They are designed to withstand harsh environments, offering IP67 mechanical protection and compliance with IEC 60947-5-2 for EMC compatibility. The sensors also feature a high repeat accuracy of less than 5% and a thermal drift of Sr under 10%, making them suitable for precise applications. Supplied with two M18x1 nuts, these sensors are easy to mount and integrate into existing systems.
