The Datasensing VT2/A0-1B Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for reliable proximity detection. Featuring a robust M30 shielded design, these sensors come with a 2-meter cable and an M12 plug cable exit for versatile connectivity. They operate on a multivoltage range of 20 to 253 Vac, ensuring compatibility with various power sources. With an IP67 protection degree, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, offering excellent resistance to dust and water ingress. The VT2/A0-1B model boasts a nominal sensing distance of 10mm and an operating distance of 0 to 8.1mm, making it ideal for precise detection tasks. It is optimized for standard targets of 30x30mm FE360, with correction factors for different materials such as copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. The sensor maintains high accuracy with a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and repeat accuracy under 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. Designed for flush mounting, the sensor features a TRIAC output type with a normally open (NO) output function. It supports a switching frequency of 25Hz and operates within a voltage range of 20 to 250Vac at 50 to 60Hz. The load current ranges from 5 to 300mA, with a leakage current of ? 1mA RMS max. The sensor includes a yellow LED indicator for output state and has a time delay before availability of ? 200ms. Constructed from durable nickel-plated brass with a PBT active head, the sensor is designed to withstand mechanical shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards. It is supplied with two M30x1.5 nuts for secure installation and can operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C.
