Datasensing VT2/A0-2H Sensors

The Datasensing VT2/A0-2H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for reliable proximity detection. Featuring an M30 unshielded design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 15mm and an operating distance of 0 to 12.1mm, making them ideal for various industrial applications. The sensors are equipped with a standard target size of 45x45mm FE360 and provide correction factors for different materials, including copper (0.45), aluminium (0.50), brass (0.60), and stainless steel (0.80). With a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and repeat accuracy under 5% at 24V and 23°C, these sensors ensure precise and consistent performance. The hysteresis ranges from 1 to 20%, and the output type is TRIAC with a normally open (NO) output function. Operating at a switching frequency of 25Hz, the sensors support a wide operating voltage range of 20 to 250Vac at 50 to 60Hz, with a load current capacity of 5 to 300mA and a leakage current of ? 1mA RMS max. The sensors feature a robust nickel-plated brass housing with an IP67 protection degree, ensuring durability in harsh environments. The active head is made of PBT, and the sensors are designed for unshielded mounting with a tightening torque of 50Nm. They operate efficiently within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and are equipped with yellow LED indicators for output state visibility. The VT2/A0-2H Sensors come with an M12 plug connection and are supplied with two M30x1.5 nuts for easy installation. They are CE and UR approved, with EMC compatibility according to IEC 60947-5-2 standards, and are resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards.
