The Datasensing VT2/C0-1B Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a nominal sensing distance of 10mm and an operating distance of 0 to 8.1mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 30x30mm FE360. With a robust IP67 protection rating, they are suitable for harsh environments, offering multivoltage operation from 20 to 253 Vac. The sensors are equipped with a 2m PVC cable and M12 plug cable exit, ensuring easy installation and connectivity.
Constructed with a nickel-plated brass housing and PBT active head material, the VT2/C0-1B sensors are built to withstand temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. They feature a TRIAC output type with an NC output function, capable of handling a load current of 5 to 300mA. The sensors boast a switching frequency of 25Hz and a repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C.
Additional features include a yellow LED indicator for output state, a time delay before availability of ? 200ms, and a maximum ripple content of ? 10%. The sensors are designed for shielded mounting with a tightening torque of 50Nm, and they come with two M30x1.5 nuts for secure installation. Compliant with CE and UR approvals, and EMC compatibility per IEC 60947-5-2, these sensors are engineered to deliver reliable performance in demanding applications.
