Datasensing VT2/C0-2H Sensors

The Datasensing VT2/C0-2H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for reliable proximity detection. Featuring an M30 unshielded NC connection with an M12 plug cable exit, these sensors are ideal for various industrial applications. With a nominal sensing distance of 15mm and an operating distance of 0 to 12.1mm, they ensure precise detection of standard targets measuring 45x45mm FE360. The sensors offer a correction factor for different materials, including copper (0.45), aluminium (0.50), brass (0.60), and stainless steel (0.80). Engineered for durability, the sensors boast a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and repeat accuracy under 5% at 24V and 23°C. They feature a hysteresis range of 1 to 20% and a switching frequency of 25Hz. Operating on a multivoltage range of 20 to 250Vac at 50 to 60Hz, they support a load current of 5 to 300mA with a leakage current of ? 1mA RMS max. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state and have a time delay before availability of ? 200ms. Constructed from nickel-plated brass with an active head made of PBT, these sensors are robust and can withstand operating temperatures from -25°C to +70°C. They are IP67 rated for mechanical protection and are compliant with CE and UR approvals, ensuring high standards of safety and reliability. The sensors come with two M30x1.5 nuts for easy mounting and are designed to endure shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards.
