The Datasensing VT2/C0-1H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for reliable proximity detection. Featuring a robust M30 shielded design, these sensors are equipped with a Normally Closed (NC) connection and an M12 plug cable exit for seamless integration. With a nominal sensing distance of 10mm and an operating range of 0 to 8.1mm, they are ideal for precise detection tasks. The sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, boasting an IP67 protection degree and a wide operating voltage range of 20 to 253 Vac.
Constructed from durable nickel-plated brass, the sensors are designed for flush mounting and offer a high degree of mechanical protection. They are equipped with a yellow LED indicator to display output state, ensuring easy monitoring. The sensors are compatible with various materials, with correction factors for copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. They maintain high accuracy with a repeat accuracy of less than 5% and a thermal drift of Sr under 10%.
The VT2/C0-1H Sensors are engineered to handle a load current of 5 to 300mA, with a switching frequency of 25Hz, and are capable of withstanding inrush currents up to 7A. They are compliant with CE and UR approvals and meet EMC compatibility standards as per IEC 60947-5-2. Supplied with two M30x1.5 nuts, these sensors are ready for immediate installation and operation in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C.
