The Leuze DDLS 200/120.2-50-M12 is an optical data transmission device from the DDLS 200 series, enabling contactless, wear-free transmission of industrial network data via infrared light at up to 2 Mbit/s over distances of 200 to 120,000 mm. It features an LED infrared light source, 1° usable opening angle on the transmitter, F2 transmission frequency, and M12 5-pin connectors, with a supply voltage range of 1830 VDC. Designed for operation of parallel light axes and immunity to reflective surfaces, it is pre-mounted on a mounting plate for straightforward integration in manufacturing environments requiring reliable long-range data links, such as fieldbus or RS interfaces.
