The Leuze DDLS 200/200.1-40-H is an optical data transmission system designed for contact-free transfer of Rockwell DH+/RIO bus data over distances of 200 to 200,000 mm, utilizing an infrared LED light source with a 1° transmitter opening angle and F1 transmission frequency. It features integrated optics heating for operation from -30°C to +50°C, protection against reflective surfaces, and support for parallel light axes, with supply voltage of 18–30 VDC, current consumption up to 800 mA with heating, and a short-circuit-proof warning output delivering 0–2 VDC. The aluminum die-cast housing (90 x 190 x 120 mm, 1200 g) carries IP65 rating per EN 60529, complies with vibration/shock standards (EN 60068 series), and holds UL listing per UL 60950/CSA C22.2 No. 60950; connections use M16 terminals.
