The Dynapar G0522297 is an incremental optical rotary encoder designed for precise position and speed feedback in industrial applications. It features a configurable resolution up to 2540 pulses per revolution (PPR), two-channel quadrature output with optional index (Z) channel, and supports shaft sizes of 10mm, 1/4", or 3/8" with standard servo, flange, face, or foot mounting options. Electrical specifications include 5-26 VDC input power at 80 mA max, various output types (open collector, push-pull, or line driver), and environmental ratings for 0 to +70°C operation, 50G shock, 20G vibration, and up to 98% humidity (non-condensing).
