The RI58-O/1024AK.42RB-D0 is a universal industrial incremental rotary encoder with a 58 mm aluminium housing and 1024 pulses per revolution resolution. It features three-channel RS422 output (A, B, and N plus complementary channels), a 6 mm solid shaft, and operates across the -10 °C to +70 °C temperature range. The encoder delivers high signal accuracy with protection class IP64 on the shaft input and includes a flexible cable connection suitable for machine tools, CNC axes, packaging machinery, injection moulding equipment, and motor feedback applications.
The unit is rated for shock loads up to 1000 m/s² (6 ms) and operates from a 5 VDC supply. It conforms to DIN EN 61010-1 (protection class III, contamination level 2, overvoltage class II) and fits standard mounting configurations common across industrial motion control systems.
