The Dynapar HS35IQ01024H6P71R1 is a heavy-duty incremental hollow-shaft optical encoder from the HS35iQ series, featuring 1024 pulses per revolution (PPR) resolution with quadrature (A/B) and index (Z) outputs in a 7272 push-pull configuration. It incorporates PulseIQ technology for specific fault indication, including insufficient voltage, cable integrity issues (for 7272 differential options), shaft slip, overspeed, electronic failure, and over-temperature, enabling rapid root-cause diagnostics via a secondary fault output connector. Designed for rugged mill and heavy-duty environments, it offers IP67 sealing (IP64 above 5000 RPM), 400g shock resistance, 20g vibration tolerance (5-3000 Hz), -40°C to +100°C extended temperature range, and compatibility with 6-28mm or 0.25-1.125" electrically isolated shaft bores, powered by 5-26 VDC at 80 mA max.
