The Dynapar HS35IQPROGRAAP7PR1 is a sealed hollow-shaft incremental optical encoder designed for vector motor feedback and heavy-duty industrial applications requiring enhanced diagnostics and higher resolution. This HS35IQ series model combines the ruggedized shock and vibration resistance of the HS35R platform with programmable fault indication capabilities and resolution up to 20,000 PPR, enabling real-time signal monitoring and advanced troubleshooting in demanding environments.
The encoder features a phased array optical sensor with an unbreakable code disc, 400G shock rating, IP67 sealing, and mechanical design rated for 6,000 RPM maximum shaft speed. It operates across an extended temperature range of ?40 to +100°C and provides quadrature (AB) output with optional index (Z) channel and complementary driver options. Input power is 526 VDC, with multiple output configurations available including differential line drivers supporting up to 100 mA sink/source current. The hollow-shaft design (628 mm bore diameter) eliminates the need for flexible couplings, reducing installation depth and total cost of ownership in mill, manufacturing, and off-highway vehicle applications.
