The Dynapar G0522404 (RI58-O/2500EK.42IB) is a heavy-duty incremental rotary encoder providing 2500 pulses per revolution (PPR) in a two-channel quadrature format (A, B) with index (Z) and complementary outputs. It operates on 5-26 VDC supply with squarewave outputs featuring 90° electrical quadrature phasing, frequency response up to 125-300 kHz, and IP67 environmental protection for harsh industrial conditions including 100G shock and 20G vibration resistance. Designed for machine tools, CNC axes, motors/drives, packaging, and injection molding applications, it supports shafted mounting with high shaft loading (80 lbs radial/axial), 40 to +100°C temperature range, and M12 or MS connector options.
