The Dynapar G0552434 (RI58-O/9000EK.72RD) is a heavy-duty incremental rotary encoder from the Hengstler RI58-O series, featuring a 58 mm aluminum housing diameter and 9000 pulses per revolution (PPR) for high-resolution motion feedback. It offers radial M23 connector (12-pole, clockwise) output with EK signal type, shaft input protection to IP64, and overall protection up to IP67 when properly mated, supporting operating temperatures from -10°C to +70°C, vibration resistance to 100 m/s² (10-2000 Hz), and shock resistance to 1000 m/s² (6 ms). Suitable for demanding applications including machine tools, CNC axes, motors/drives, packing machines, injection molding, and sawing equipment, with low starting torque (?0.5 Ncm typical) and moment of inertia around 20 gcm² for clamping flange variants.
