The Dynapar G0534007 (RI76TD/1024ED.4N38IF) is a high-accuracy incremental rotary encoder with a 76 mm aluminum housing and through hollow shaft accommodating diameters from 15 to 42 mm. It delivers 1024 pulses per revolution (PPR) via RS422 interface with sense lines (T: A, B, N, A/, B/, N/, Sense), supporting supply voltages of DC 5 V ±10% and maximum pulse frequencies up to 300 kHz. Designed for demanding environments, it offers operating temperatures from -25°C to +100°C, vibration resistance of 10 g (100 m/s², 10-2000 Hz), shock resistance of 100 g (1000 m/s², 6 ms), and flexible mounting options including stator coupling (torsionally rigid or with tether) for shafts with axial play up to 0.3 mm. Typical applications include motors, printing machines, and lifts, with IP40/IP64 protection and max speeds up to 6000 rpm depending on shaft size and temperature.
