The Leuze AC-L300-LCK is a cubic lockout device designed specifically for L300 safety locking devices, enabling secure lockout-tagout (LOTO) procedures to prevent personnel from being trapped inside danger zones. Constructed from powder-coated metal in black and red, it measures 45 mm x 43 mm x 134 mm and weighs 452 g, providing robust mechanical locking via individual padlocks that pushes down the safety mechanism and shields RFID actuator detection. This accessory integrates seamlessly with L300 series guards, supporting Type 4 interlock compliance per EN ISO 14119, PL e / SIL 3 performance levels, and harsh environments rated IP67/IP69K.
