The Leuze BCB G30 H47 L070 is a standard barcode tape designed for use with Leuze barcode positioning systems in industrial automation and manufacturing environments. This self-adhesive polyester-backed tape features a 47 mm height and 70 m length with 30 mm grid spacing, enabling millimeter-precision positioning over extended travel paths. The tape is engineered with robust mechanical properties including resistance to moisture, UV exposure, scratch damage, and chemical contact (diesel, heptane, white spirit), making it suitable for harsh manufacturing conditions.
The tape operates reliably across a wide temperature range from 40 to +120 °C and uses a durable acrylate adhesive system. It is compatible with the BPS 8 series, BPS 300i series, and FBPS 600i series barcode positioning systems commonly used in automated warehousing, material handling, and precision measurement applications. Installation requires clean, dry, grease-free surfaces and benefits from processing at 1025 °C with a full 72-hour curing period before operational use.
